Team Louie Member (Part-Time)

Summary of Responsibilities:

Team Louie Members are responsible for fulfilling sponsorship promotions during home games, assisting with theme night entertainment, hosting pre-game activities around the ballpark, and running fan entertainment activities throughout the season. In addition to in-game responsibilities, this position will support a variety of departments within the organization at events as needed and represent the organization at events throughout the community.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Encourage fan participation in activities and promotions throughout the park
• Interact with fans prior to the game and between innings
• Assist with providing a fun, family-friendly atmosphere for the fans
• Make community appearances throughout the calendar year

Education and Experience Required:

• Marketing & promotions experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Ability to stand and walk comfortably for long periods of time

Education and Experience Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing & promotions
• Excellent verbal communication skills
