Operations Generalist

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Operations Generalist helps with the maintenance, janitorial, & operational objectives as outlined by the General Manager & Director of Stadium Operations at hammons Field.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Assits with setting up stadium in  preparation for events
• Assists with scheduling and management of event staff during events
• Assits with preventive maintenance & light repairs of mechanical systems
• Assists with the unloading, storage, & distribution of promotional items from "Off the Track," and passing out items at the stadium gate
• Assists in overseeing activities of Hammons Field when Director of Stadium Operations is off-site
• Assists with janitorial duties that fall outside of the janitorial contract (i.e. carpet extraction & pressure washing).

Education and Experience Required:

• Associate's Degree in related field
• 1-2+ years of experience in industry and/or related field; or a combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, & equipment

Education and Experience Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management or a related field
• 2-3+ years of experience in industry and/or related field; or a combination of education and experience
• Expert knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, & equipment
