Fan Loyalty Coordinator

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Fan Loyalty Coordinator is responsible for selling and managing season ticket plans, specialty packs, group tickets, theme tickets, and mini-plans. This position is also responsible for management of current customer accounts, as well as the acquisition of new customer accounts whether through outbound calls or face-to-face meetings. This person is charged to provide excellent customer service via all inbound and outbound portals of communication including but not limited to phone, email, and chat to maximize revenue for annual ticket sales goals. The Fan Loyalty Coordinator reports directly to the Manager of Sales & Marketing and must have a flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Responsible for maintaining current season ticket accounts (Season Tickets)

  • Responsible for assisting in the selling new accounts (Season Tickets/Groups)

  • Responsible for generating and contacting new leads (Season Tickets/Groups)

  • Responsible for representing organization at various events

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned to assist in the success of the Ticket Sales department and the organization

 

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Management or Marketing; or a combination of experience and education

  • 1-2+ years or experience in sports industry at college level and/or minor/major league level.

  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales

  • 1-2+ years of experience working with ticketing software

  • 0-1+ years of experience working in customer service role

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Management or Marketing; or a combination of experience and education

  • 2+ years or experience in sports industry at college level and/or minor/major league level.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales

  • 2+ years of experience working with ticketing software

  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service role
