Summary of Responsibilities:

Each of the Season Ticket Account Executives plays a key role in the managing of existing season ticket holders and building new business relationships that generate new ticket sales.  The season department has an annual sales goal in the range of 23,000+ season ticket or 1.8 million total tickets with over $93 million in revenue.  Each of the Season Ticket Account Executives at a minimum manages 1,000 existing accounts; 3,500 season tickets and $11 million in revenue.  Each of the Season Ticket Account Executives exercises his or her business judgment and uses sales development skills when renewing and servicing existing accounts.  Management of the renewal process and collection of payments are critical functions in maintaining our high Season Ticket base.

 Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Manage over 1,000 season ticket holder accounts by building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service as season ticket holders' direct contact with the organization.
  • Develop a business needs analysis on each season holder to sell additional season tickets, group tickets, all-inclusive tickets and individual tickets to meet the needs of the season partner to maximize revenues for the club in accordance with yearly objectives and goals.
  • Complete an annual season relocation process for the season account holders based upon their needs and want for a more desirable location.
  • Invoice and collect payments from accounts, including setting up payment plans and monitoring compliance.
  • Continue to build relationships by hosting clients at multiple season tickets holder events.
  • Game day management of season ticket holder window in box office.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor Degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business or related fields to Sales and Marketing function.
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably with a professional sports team.
  • Full session of sales training in a professional sports sales training program.
  • Experience working for a sports team, athletic department or event management.
  • Strong verbal and written skills including excellent phone and email etiquette.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain a constant high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Knowledge of Ticket.com Pro Venue ticketing platform.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time generally, outdoors.
  • Availability to work week nights, weekends, and holidays, primarily April through September.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business or related fields to Sales and Marketing function.
  • Minimum of one year prior sales experience.
  • Experience working for a sports team, athletic department or event management.
